Getting to Know Plants

Which of the following leaves have reticulate venation?

Wheat, tulsi, maize, grass, coriander (dhania), China rose

The arrangement of veins in the lamina (leaf blade) is known as venation. Venation helps in the transport of food and water. In reticulate venation, the veins in a leaf form a net-like design on both sides of the midrib. In parallel venation, the veins in a leaf run parallel to one another. Tulsi, coriander, and china rose have reticulate venation while wheat, maize, and grass have parallel venation.
